JimBob
NEW MEMORIAL TOWER SET TO BE CONSTRUCTED The Government has contracted the construction of a new, 1,500 ft tall skyscraper to be built in the centre of Pearlgroe City, Kanvers's capital. The building will be surrounded by a garden area and fountain, and is to be built in memory of the ex-military General who saved 24 children from a burning school several years ago, and then died from smoke inhalation whilst attempting to rescue a 25th child. "Betrayal" The building should have been constructed over eighteen months ago, but the company which owned the design bleprints for the building and was supposed to build it filed for bankruptcy. The Prime Minister stated at the time that the people of Kanvers had been "betrayed" by the owners of the company who refused to hand oer the blueprints, meaning that a new design will be used.
