Long Term infra reduction/bill reduction trades?

Hey- I've got cattle & fish, and would love to get an informal, but long term trade situation going with nations looking to go the infra cost reduction/bill reduction route. I'm not worried about the trade color. I've been frustrated in trying to maintain even one BR... sending mass pm's to even brand new nations (you know how those usually go). So, now I'm seeking help in the forum.

Iron, Aluminum, Coal, Marble are my biggest needs, and you'd get a nice population bump off of my resources.
