We enjoy the community aspect of CN and enjoy talking to each other, even about things that don't involved CN. Being a part of a community as close as LCN isn't very common. In fact, we're one of a handful of alliances, that take the time to get to know our members, and chose quality over quantity. LCN is a black team alliance, so black team in enforced. Although if you're an older nation with a current trade circle exemptions can be made. Other than that we don't really require too much.
