But at least the good thing about Kyraylian politics was once your there, you there. He had the job which which he had been entrusted with for life. Or until he got so old his lost his marbles. Williams bright blue eyes flashed as he read the judicators report. He need to check with his neighbors if his nations merchant fleet could proceed through their waterways and not be sunk and weather any of Kyraylia military ships could follow them. As sat down at his computer and began to write his letter remembered his oath as he accepted the position of praetor.

Dear [ruler]

I must first introduce myself as I am William Norseen, Praetor of the Kyraylian Republic and your newest neighbour. As is my nations custom I must wish you and your nations good health and longevity till all the ages of this world are over. I would very much like to meet you in person and invite you to come to Kyraylia as wish to discuss your policy regarding the movement of my nations vessels through your nations waterways.

Kyraylia while being mostly landlocked has powerful military fleet and also a large merchant navy. The latter however is much larger than the former. Because of our position where the only way to enter the worlds waterways is though the channel connecting the Caspian sea and the black sea our military projection is inadequate for our needs. As you can see [url="http://i48.tinypic.com/25rdn6d.jpg"]here[/url] the primary sea route of our merchant vessels is global and wide spread. This also means that we plan to have most of our vessels escorted by some of out fleets. We are aware however that this may seem like a threatening move by the Republic so would like to talk to you about the knuts and bolts as you may have realised from our self imposed diplomatic exile we wish to remain friendly to all. And even if such talks do not interest you opening up trade between us would be mutually beneficial.
