Coded message to the government of Caucasia

We seem to both share a common enemy, but no former discussion between the two of us. My government is prepared ot make you an offer concerning any upcoming conflicts that include the Slavic Union. In recent times, they have become a prick in our side, and we wish to remove them through any means. 

We would like to administer a classified agreement in which our two nations would take the opportunity of any future excessive activity concerning Slavic troops to be an open invitation for us to deny them the holdings over Antarctica and Moldova. You will take occupy Moldova, and we shall move into Antarctica. 

If this is indeed something you and your government would be interested in, reply with two Ms (Message: M&M) to signal your acceptance of this message.

The reciever looked at his computer, then back up at Lucas, who stood beside him looking at the screen. He had his arms crossed and a cigar lit. The reciever looked up at him and said, "Now what."

Lucas slid the cigar with his mouth over the side. He said after a short pause, "We wait."

"We might be getting set up," Donegan said, handing James a beer.

"Possibly. But there's no need to refuse this offer. The Slavic Union's already revealed they want us out of Ukraine. We'll show them why those demands dn't sit well with Caucasia."

Donegan raised his beer in a toast. "I hear that. Let's hope we don't regret it."

Lucas' eyes widened. He unfolded his arms, andp laced his hands on the desk in front of the reciever. Without looking away from the screen, he said, "Open it.""

The reciever opened it.

Lucas smiled at the screen, and looked at the reciever. "Delete it." Lucas looked back at the screen to see the file placed in the bin. "Perfect."

He turned, slipped his hand into his jacket, and with a flick of the wrist, put a .44 bullet into the side of the reciever's head. Lucas put his gun back into his pocket, walked over to his suitcase, and clicked on what was supposed to be the lock to open it. Rather, it was the mechanism that gave this building two minutes before it exploded. It was empty, so civilian casualties would only be that of one. Lucas walked calmly out of the building, making his way to his vehicle. He turned the key to his Jeep as the top of the recieving tower exploded into flames.
