"Attempting to institute purposeful and baseless destabilization of the pan-Pacifican region isn't something that can be 'fixed' with money and economics. This move clearly shows your government's aggressive intentions against our people and our state, and this sudden reversal in your foreign policy only shows that in the event that you don't get international support and acceptance, you withdraw and apologize."

(Prime Minister Nobuyuka):My message to DPR is that Michuraza, has done the smart and mature thing by showing our apologies and also offering economical offerings to apologies, for what two important officials in our government has done to cause bad relations for both our nations we even decided to let you give the proper punishment for those two men.Who has now destroyed our peaceful neutrality towards you of DPR,but instead you shun them all because you think we do this to just fix our image".

"The mature and responsible thing would have been not to do it in the first place and think before you spoke. We will not punish these men, they were exercising their right to freedom of thought and speech - we do not persecute people for that, whereas you might in your nation. By agreeing with their policies, the entire Michurazan government has destroyed relations."

ARTICLE 4: Freedom to speak, believe, and express one’s ideas are a fundamental right to man, and is defended by the Pacifican state. As is the right to assembly, organization, and association defended by the State as unalienable rights given to man
