azidhak Posted December 25, 2009 Report Share Posted December 25, 2009 Why not paying in cash and tech altogether? it will save a lot of aid slots for other deals and you can always find cheap technology in the black market as you are now in term of all cash, the ongoing price is $24mil~$27mil.
