The government of Portugal harshly treated its citizens to the brink. Thus we had enough, and we began fighting back. We then set up a large base in eastern Portugal. While holding off the vile men of Portugal. We started scouring the land further east, we found more land and people willing to join us. We then numbered around 19 million. After several months of fighting. We took parts of East Portugal, our numbers increased to 24 million by this stage. We were slowly numbering the population of Portugal. The campaign for South Portugal then began. For around a year we kept having many skirmishes, none of us backing down. Until the Battle of Algarve, as it was named happened. It was a sunny morning, we had set up camp on the hilly regions of Algarve. Not much is known about this battle except 10s of thousands of lives were lost over the 4 day campaign. We finally took the Southern region of Algarve. While we were fighting in the South. Other areas of our army managed to capture the northern regions of, 'Vinana Do Castello', 'Braga', 'Porto', 'Vilareal' and 'Braganaca'. We now numbered 35 million. In the winter of the year after, our commanders came together. Arguements flew around on what our next move would be. Finally after weeks over boiled diplomacy, we came a decision to attack Lisbon, the capital of Portugal, from all 3 sides. Most of our army were fighters now, so the commanders thought this would be an easy conquest. This was the moved that ended the war. When the King of Portugal saw our 3 armies, quadruple anything he had that could fight well. He gave in and surrendered. He was then excecuted of his crimes.
