yahoda Posted July 30, 2009 Author Report Share Posted July 30, 2009 Free Trade and Passage Article 1 The two nations hereby recognize each other’s sovereignty, and in order to maintain this recognition agree to maintain embassies in each other’s respective nations. As long as this recognition continues, a mutual peace also will reside between these two nations. Article 2: Free Trade All commercial trade between the signatories will not be subject to taxes, fees, levies, or other excises levied on other international trade. Article 3: Free Commercial Passage Both nations agree to allow all commercial transport free passage throughout their territory. Article 4: Cancellation This agreement may be cancelled at any time, and is subject to a cancellation period of 96 hours, during which the treaty shall be valid.
