schmutte693 Posted June 19, 2009 Report Share Posted June 19, 2009 More or less. It is likely caused by your environment value going up (which is bad) and THAT is caused by the nukes. Highlight the area right next to the starts which tell your environment score, and what is the number that appears? If it is more than 6 (if you do not have Radiation Cleanup) or more than 3.5 (if you do have it) than your environment is imperfect and is costing you citizens. I believe that each nuke adds .1 to your environment, so 2 Border Walls ought to average you back out. The BW's cost some citizens, so it is unlikely your citizen count will be what it was before, but your collections should be much better.
