I'm willing to do up to 2 tech deals (for the 20 days ) to make sure I can handle the tech deals 100% smoothly. I'm a new nation, but a vet player. I rejoined CN after a year of absence. The deal will go as so: 1) Send 3mil first 2) Send 50 tech in 10 days 3) Send last 50 tech 10 days after part 2 4) Repeat if everything goes well and both parties want to I have 2 slots open!
