vladboot Posted May 23, 2009 Author Report Share Posted May 23, 2009 Politics The map with all five districts: Political system and functions of the elder council government: -Each district has a council of five elders that are elected by the citizens -All elders are required to be show spiritual prowess that exceeds the norm, must be wisened and experienced, do not technically have to be elderly, but most elders usually are old. - An elder in each district is elected to the national position of district elder and is eligible to hold a position in the national council of five. They serve lifelong terms unless evicted by force or unti they voluntarily step down from their position. - The Archdruid is the leader of the druids, and of the country. He or she is elected by the national council of five and like the council, serves a lifelong term unless the afformentioned conditions apply to them.
