Before posting, please tell me what goods you have. Nation link is also helpful. Note: You must be willing to change team colours. The way it will work is that the trading circle will vote and then all members of the circle will to that colour. Also, to new nations, don't forget that the first improvement you build should be the harbour improvement. Its the best improvement because of all the benefits that you get with the two extra trade goods.

Okay I set up another trading circle Sigpi05. Would you be willing to recruit people and send messages to people to get them to join the circle? Maybe send a message like this:

Okay, I added the two new people. Things are picking up steam quickly as now both trading circle are half full. Based on demand, I may even start to open up another trading circle.

Anyway, I would ask that the new people send out a couple of messages to people with the right trades and let them know about the trading circle. If you have any money to spare, you can offer to give it to them to join the circle. If you know anyone who might want to join, please let them know.

I figure the best way is when the circle is completed, the circle will vote for the team colour and then we'll all move to that colour. I want to do it this way, so that everyone gets a say in choosing the colour so that it's not perceived as just an arbitrary decision by me.

Understandable. However, you might want to put that in your initial post. Although it doesn't effect me, some nations might not realize they won't be staying on their team, and have alliance obligations to their current team. This could become a hastle if nations don't realize this until the last second.
