One thing, your tech year by my calculation would make it really kind of unrealistic to be fielding 40 F-22 squadrons. Maybe more like 20. Also as I said lets keep the number of big MOPs (which FOAB and MOAB are) down in terms of total number (yes I know I have used a !@#$load in CNRP)
