"To ensure the territorial integrity of the Romanian state, the Commonwealth of White Russia will be taking the lands commonly known as Romania as a protectorate. If any other nation wishes to subjugate the lands of Rumenia and Wallachia, we ask that they speak with us. That is all. Romania is now known as the Rumenian Rus.
