Beginning Evacuation into the Underground Shelters

A few cities in the EMP'd area had been given power again, and the underground, lead-lined geothermal generators had started up to power the underground cities. The cities each were given capacity to hold 2,000 each, meaning that 10,000 people could hide in these massive shelters.

Private bunkers also were beginning to spring up after the first nuke was launched. About 50% of all Norsvean citizens could get shelter in these bunkers. Inside, hydroponics were being researched, as the fifty years' supply of food would not last for long.

Underneath Akershus Festning, all members of government started to go underground in preparation for a Nuclear Holocaust.
