The members of my alliance currently does not have the monetary means to assist me. This is what I would like to propose: If anyone gives me $3 million, I will buy enough Tech to then send that person a total of 50 Technology. IF anyone would like to go through with this, then feel free to send me either a message or contact me through my nation.
