Your nation sends 50 tech. 10 days later my nation sends 3 million. 10 days later your nation sends the other 50 tech. All those interested send the tech, ill accept and save your nation then will send the aid ten days later. this is to avoid being ripped off by people not willing to send tech, or those trying to use the money i send them first to buy the tech.
