If anyone is interested in supplying me, send me an aid offer containing 50 tech and i will follow up all aid shipments with the customary $1.5 mill. The reason im going for a pay after shipment modle rather than pay first is because it would be highly beneficial for my own balance sheet if i can get my trades in order before starting to collect taxes and pay out money.
