Ok so the WFF is here to declare their status as an alliance.

We are the World Freedom Federation

Here it is:

World Freedom Federation

LAWS

Article I. Preamble

The World Freedom Federation (known as WFF) were formed to provide organized collective protection from certain individuals or alliances, and in the case of extreme provocation or eminent battle, aggression in order to protect our membership. We swear to uphold honor, chivalry, justice, and integrity as a soldier should. We accept all people regardless of race, ethnicity, creed, sexual orientation, religion or other distinguishing principles.

Artice II. Membership

A. Application

Any nation may apply for an WFF membership. Applications are made by posting in the appropriate part of the forums in the following manner:

B. Admission

A nation will be admitted if it meets the following conditions unless otherwise stated by the Admin, High Council, or the Senate:

a. Not currently in any other alliances.

b. Not a known rogue or troublemaker.

c. Not currently in any wars.

d. Is tolerant of diversity and others individual rights as upheld by the WFF laws.

C. Secession

Any nation may leave from the alliance by posting a resignation in the gallows or messaging one of the High Council Members or admin.

D. Exile

1. Any nation who has violated the rules or charter of the WFF can be forced to leave as seen fit by the Admin or High Council.

2. The High Council or Senate may outcast any members based on inappropriate actions with a simple majority vote.

3. Any nation may request a vote for a member to be exiled from the WFF. The request will be presented to the Senate and Judges, then a vote among the all the council members must occur within 3 days. A 2/3 vote is required for the action to pass.

4. Any nation may be pardoned by joint agreement of the High Council and Senate.

5. Any nation may contest the outcasting. In this case a vote will be held by the Council members on whether or not to reinstate the outcasted nation.

Article III – Executives

A. Administrators

The administrators haave an unlimited power. They may not do anything that is illegal or against the laws and may not twist or change the laws unless done in the proper manor. The administrators will be called Commanders. They are the top people in the alliance.

B. Ministers

The ministers act as the executive branch of the WFF. They are the supreme leaders and have final say in all matters involving the World Freedom Federation. The only limit to their power is the by that of this order. They may not change the laws set by the republic or make amendments without first entering the proper channels.

Ministers Consist of:

Minister of Foriegn Affairs

Minister of Internal Affairs

Minister of Defense

Their powers consist of:

1. The ministers act as assistant administators. They cannot go against the word on a final say by the top administrator.

2. The ministers may veto any proposal, decree, or statement from the Senate or Judges by a 2/3 vote.

3. The ministers have full control over the punishment of members in the wrong.

4. If the Commander or a minister member resigns from his position he will be considered a retired admin/minister member and serve as a mentor to leaders of the WFF, his services may be called upon at any time or by any means.

5. To fill the position of a Commander or minister member, a vote will occur in the Senate. The Commander or ministers member must nominate candidates, and the candidate with the most votes enters as the new

Commander.

6. They cannot choose a member that is new or has been in the alliance less than 2 months. They cannot choose a regular member as that will be agaisnt the laws as of right now.

7. All external affairs will be handled by the ministers. Duties for the external affairs include:

i. Create agreements with other alliances

ii. Obtain information relating to world-politics

iii. Maintain diplomatic relationships with other alliances

iv. Maintain embassies and work with diplomats

v. Issue official statements from the WFF

vi. Maintain a blacklist of alliances or nations

vii. Keep diplomatic information on current wars

C. The Senate

1. The Senate shall consist of the directors and mentors.

2. The Senate will form and vote on new laws and proposals for the WFF. These will include agreements between other alliances, membership expectation, and other matters important to the operation of the WFF.

3. The Senate must approve all declarations of war, by a majority vote, before they enter the Judges courtroom.

4. Each Senatoror serves for 3 months.

5. The Senate is considered equal, but with separate, but some powers, from those of the Commanders and the ministers.

The Senate also will be in control of all war related issues unless otherwise appointed. Their duties include the following below:

i. Collecting information on threats

ii. Keeping track of membership nation strengths

iii. Approving individual wars between nations

iv. Ensuring the quick removal of rogue nations within the WFF

v. Keep up-to-date information regarding wartime strategy

vi. Maintain a list of enemies of the WFF

vii. Negotiate reparation payments

D. Judges

The Judges control the courtrooms and all final says in matters that effect the alliance internally. They are global moderators and will be alble to set up dates, times and trials for any nation within the WFF or a foriegn alliance. All internal matters happen under their review. The only person that may veto their say are the Commanders. Although he will tend to let the Judges have the say as to their experience. Some of the duties they will withhold include:

i. Maintain an updated membership list

ii. Approve petitions to enter the general assembly

iii. Award members with medals and ribbons based on extraordinary actions

iv. Mediate membership disputes

v. Recruit new members

vi. Ensure good-membership morale

vii. Ensure membership participation

Article IV - Amendments

A. Constitution

1. In order to make amendments to the order of the constitution the following procedure must be followed:

a. Any nation may make a proposal for an amendment.

b. The amendment then enters the Senate for debate.

c. After a period of 2 days the debate will be closed.

d. A vote will be open for 2 days following the closing of the debate.

e. A majority of ¾ must be reached in order for the amendment to be passed.

2. If passed all amendments are instantly applied, unless specifically stated otherwise.

3. The ammendments may be subject to change by vote as seen by the ministries and Senate. The minister HAS to include the Senate in any vote the applies or changes the Laws of this republic. The faliure to do so, they will lose their rank as minister and become part of the Senate. Then their will be a vote to have a new minister.

A. Numbers

There are a maximum amount of members in each group in the World Freedom Federation. The following include:

1. Administrators- 2 members max

2. Ministers-3 members max

3. Senate-6 members max

4. Judges-5 members max

These are the laws and oders set and are not subject to change unless by a vote and reason.
