Any attack on POLICE GENOCIDAL MANIACS INCORPORATED will be considered an attack on Murder Inc. and will be dealt with accordingly, through all diplomatic and military means. 2. The POLICE GENOCIDAL MANIACS INCORPORATED may, if they choose, provide military assistance to Murder Inc. although this is not required. 3. Cancellation of this treaty will require 48 hours notice.
