TKWarrior Posted July 18, 2008 Report Share Posted July 18, 2008 (edited) On July 17th 2008, TKWarrior created The Mean Green. The Mean Green is dedicated to the green sphere. TMG was made to be a friendly, stable community of green nations. President 1.) The President and Vice President will be elected every three months by 60% majority vote. Elections shall last 5 days; three days of campaigning and two days of voting. 2.) The President shall be commander in chief of the military, and the chief of state (responsible for foreign affairs). 3.) The President may sign treaties with the approval of the Ministers. 4.) The President may expel any member with the approval of the Ministers. 5.) The President may deny membership to any applicant as he or she pleases. 6.) The President may remove any Minister from office as he or she pleases. If he or she does so, elections for a new Minister shall be held immediately. 7.) The Vice President shall act with the President’s authority if the President is not available. Ministers 1.) Ministers will be elected every two months by 60% majority vote. Elections shall last 5 days; three days of campaigning and two days of voting. 2.) The Minister of External Affairs will assist the President in building and maintaining foreign relations. The Minister of External Affairs will be responsible for writing treaties, masking diplomats, and training The Mean Green Ambassadors. 3.) The Minister of Finance will be responsible for setting up tech deals, helping members find trades, and running economic projects. 4.) The Minister of Defense will train new nations for war, and will command the Mean Greens military during wartime and peacetime. 5.) The Minister of Internal Affairs is responsible for running the Academy and maintaining CN guides. He or she will also watch over the Mean Green members and guide them in the right direction, as well as keeping track of them. 6.) The Minister of Recruitment is responsible for recruiting new members to the alliance. 7.) Ministers may amend the Charter with a 60% majority vote of all Ministers. 8.) Ministers may approve applications to join the Mean Green. 9.) The Ministers may remove the President from office by a 80% majority vote. If they do so, elections for a new President shall be held immediately. Deputies 1.) Any Minister has the right to appoint a Deputy to help them. 2.) The Ministers or the President may choose to remove a Deputy if they wish. Member Rights 1.) All members have the right to speak their minds, so long as they do it respectfully. 2.) All members have the right to be treated with respect and courtesy by other members. 3.) All members have the right to vote for Ministers and the President 4.) All members have the right to trade with whoever they wish. 5.) All members have the right to send aid to whoever they wish, so long as that person is not on a ZI list or at war. Green Sphere Policy 1.) The Mean Green is dedicated to the Green Sphere, and all members of the Mean Green will be required to reside in the Green Sphere. Tech Raiding Policy 1.) Tech raiding is not allowed in the Mean Green. Members who launch tech raids will be warned once, and kicked out of the Mean Green if they tech raid after being warned.
