If you guys become desperate for aluminum, just pm me in-game (link in sig) and I'll switch colors and join the circle. I think rubber would be more useful then lead anyways, but that's just me. Lead is really only useful for nuke-capable nations and even then its a stretch. As far as bonus resources, we'd lose scholars but gain asphalt which is an upgrade in my opinion.
