I understand the "only one decom of troops or tanks every 2 days" rule, but I am also trying to decom nukes. I had 13, got rid of 8 but then the decom button disappeared, so I am stuck with 5. Why? Any answers would be appreciated. I did not see anything pertaining to such a rule in any other forums, if I missed it please provide a link.
