DECLARATION OF ALLIANCE

Here is our charter

Act 1: Higher Government

President:

The President has the ability to deny or accept members. also it can make bills for the alliance such as our nation color,etc. He holds Power for 3 month period and can be in office for as many terms as he wins the election. The 2nd man in charge is The Vice President.

Vice President:

The Vice President is chosen by the President and he can stay as long as he wants under the President. he has ability to accept,deny applications. Can also go and make treaties,embassies with other alliances if asked to by the President.

Act 2: Council of Ministers:

There will be a total of 3 ministers and serve terms of 2 months and can be elected again.

Minister Of Defense:

Will be chosen by President and Vice President for position. he will command the alliance,keep war divisions organized, and should have an amount of knowledge of the wars. he also can declare war if needed, but will also be chosen by the government.

Minister of Internal Affairs:

In Charge of Recruitment messages,finances,aid, and maintaining our CN Forum. Will be elected by the Alliance as a whole.

Minister Of Foreign Affairs:

In charge of keeping our allies happy, maintaining our friendships, also mkes treaties,and protectorates when needed. our policies for making treaties are that we know who you are and do not accept tech raiding

Overruling The Government:

Any Bill,Treaty,Goverment Position before being official can be overruled by 2/3 vote by the alliance.

Conditions:

Military Action:

Tech Raids are banned unless approved, and if one of our members get attacked then we will prepare for war if needed but we will try to get the attacker to peace out before hand.

Code:

We will have a code by which the alliance will follow no one can be over this rule. if 2/3 vote by the alliance is the only way to add anything or delete anything from it.

Easy Acception policy:

Nation name,ruler name,Previous Alliances:, Any Current Wars

Members Conduct:

Members must conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful even if on IRC another alliance offsite forum, or the Open World Forum.

Members are expected to remain active on this forum.

Members Also need to vote for right candidate for senator

Any member choosing to terminate membership in TCN,must message a member of government to leave.

Elections:

Elections are held at the beginning of the month when do and if a member steps down or gets impeached from position a member that the President chosses wil take over that position
