I'd rather deal with someone who has done these before, but it really doesn't matter as long as you are using a credit card/paypal and not mailing the donation in. I can provide the middle men necessary. You can send it any time before the first of June. When you receive the foreign aid offers for the donation deal, don't accept them until the donation goes through just in case it doesn't and then you end up having to pay it all back.
