Here how it works: Nation A sends global corp 3mil Global corp send Nation B 2.9Mill Nation B sends nation A 50 tech All you have to do is put "Foreign Aid Reason: Tech Transfer to (Nation Name)" When sending the funds. Terms and conditions: If the nation selling the tech does not send it, they will be added to a bad credit list that will be publicized. Global Corp is not responsible for transactions interrupted because of war. TRADE INSURANCE: If the nation selling the tech does not make good within 10 days of the trade, Global corp will send the purchasing nation 50 tech as soon as a slot opens up.
