Just remember if you do not accept your tech on the 10th day and I have someone else in line who I need to give tech to, then you will have to wait till they accept it... I cannot hold up other tech deals I am currently in. I'm just saying it is your responsibility to collect your foreign aid when it is time or you will need to wait unitl I take care of other tech deals first.
