I also have a foreign ministry, giving me a 5th slot. I was fine accepting 5 foreign aid requests, but when I now try to send the requests out to complete my tech deals, I get this message: You cannot offer any new trade agreements because your nation is currently involved in 5 active trades or trade proposals. You must reduce this number to below 5 in order to submit new trade proposals. Captain Nathan Brittles Posted April 30, 2011 Report Share Posted April 30, 2011 Assuming he copied the wrong error message and he was unable to send out aid offers, are you current with your bills?
