I know there are resources that lower your environment, but what resources help raise environmental? I'm kinda going for a clean and happy nation. Radiation cleanup +1 environment, -50% radiation - required resources is coal, oil, gold, lead, lumber, iron, marble and aluminum. However unless oil and coal are your default resources that will hurt your environment until you get the wonder National Environment Office $100,000,000 - The national environment office removes the penalties for Coal, Oil, and Uranium when a nation imports them, improves environment by 1 point, increases population +3%, and reduces infrastructure upkeep -3%.
