    uhhh... someones probebly said this... but read the Alliance Politics, Illuminati got their peace. although many of them had left, and or were put on ZI for other reasons.. Illuminati got peace, after Terry had taken peace talks with a little more diplomacy... In many situations that you sited, IE. Wolfpack, and Illuminati. They were giving peace terms, but the offending alliances aggressive or even untoleratable actions in the peace discussion were reason to halt them.

    Other examples such as FAN, show otherwise, in which FAN planned behind NPO's back to not help NPO in a war against NAAC. which i believe all of us feel deserves at least one ZI if not total disbandment of an alliance.

    although i agree, and it has been stated plenty, PLENTY of times before, that stagnation due to no true opposition and the lack of two solid sides, does make the game somewhat boring, and that the punishment for some alliances is harsh. You are just saying what others have said many times, and what you must realize, is it will change nothing to speak of it... just makes things worse. the grouping of Superpowers wont stop, and the world as it is, is evolving into something new, once it is done for a time, things will change....

    but you must not just keep throwing the same ol same stuff on the table and expect that their reactions are gonna be any different than before.

    there are several typing error's within yoru constitution and announcement, so i would suggest you look through and edit...

    also the "staying out of war" policy seemed a bit rash, as it may halt your diplomatic efforts in attaining treaties, because other alliances don't want an ally that will ditch them...

    anyway edits or whatever, your choice, and good luck, i did like most of your Constitution.

    your gonna get a lot of people who have founded alliances..

    i personally founded a smaller alliance awhile ago known as the Imperial Blue Covenant(IBC).

    but we merged with DLP, and now we have GOD...

    thats basically it.. we grew, did that stuff.. as far as ideals.. well, if you've heard about GOD, you probebly know our ideals lol

    personally, the only time i ever dealt with Terry was when he was throwing a fit, threatening to nuke my nation, or the nations of my allies...

    and making rash judgemental statements in which he would either insult someone in my alliance, or make a point, that had no influence on the topic at hand..

    personally Terry Howard deserved what he is getting,

    but i will give him that some people probebly liked him....

    woah, this is sooo much stranger than it should be for me...

    because i remember this incident, because i was in LOSS at the time when you attacked Drugsups fathers nation...

    omg, i was in charge of the Original Anti-Rogue squad that was informed of your attacks, and prepared to deploy.. lol

    and its even stranger, because now, i am in an alliance, GOD, which our Dark Lord is one of the Former leaders of the ENA...

    But im sorry, i can't help you in this, because... well...

    raiding random nations and trying to start shizz, is not good.
