No I didn't, because no matter how you dress it, it ultimately says the same thing that all the other "has the NPO ruined the game" threads say. It is either something about how the NPO has too many treaties, or about how it destroys its own allies, or about how it is too big to be destroyed. And based off my skimming of your post, it pretty much is a combination of all three of those.

So, as I said before, it was about time for one of these.
