ok, i guess this prove this is something to do with my isp. (starhub)

what i mean is, can i ask my friend's alliance friend register then i play? from different country, but by doing this will i get ban ?

i don't really know about static ip or dynamic ip, but my ip changes. every few days, so i doubt its ip problem, maybe some problem with my isp.

i don't really get what he mean by mask ip range, however we both are from same ISP.

lastr0ce: inactive means you did not collect tax, not just base on logging in.
