Ok,everything is fine now. A great big "thank you".

The last time I had a Foreign Embassy was either the 17th or 18th of April. I know it was shortly before I developed my last national wonder.

I have bought a Foreign Embassy,but,it keeps getting deleted. The last time I accepted foreign aid,I had 5 slots open. I have only done an improvement swap once since then,and,I made sure NOT to delete my Foreign Embassy. This morning I accept aid,and,find I have no Foreign Embassy and only 4 slots available.
