And why do I troll your ally well simply put because I find myself on opposite sides GRAN is at war with baps her allies, besides last time I checked this was valhallas announcement NOT BAPS, if valhalla dont want me to post here I will be glad to go away, also check BAPS annoucements I have not trolled a single one so I would reconsider your last statement about class cause from the looks of it sir you aint got NONE neither does your alliance.

I don't know if you realize this, but perma-ZI is considered by many people to be trying to drive them from the game. It's not just a matter of destroying somebody's nation, taking away their pixels; it's saying "HEY, GET THE HELL OUT OF CN."
So trying to negotiate your way out of perma-ZI isn't trying to abandon your allies or something, it's just that these guys feel that what they did doesn't merit being kicked out of the game and are trying to get that across.
I completely understand your point of view and respect it, but maybe is just the way I am if I commit to something and give my word I come through all the way.
I respect their actions to honor their MDP with baps, what I dont see right is they bragging about meeting baps fate and that infra wasn't important to them and when the situation gets hot they all the sudden want to back out , that to me only says they were all for SHOW.

Common you were so proud to come to the aid of baps why are you afraid to meet them in perma-zi, what happened the honor wore off and now you are realizing your mistake, do the honorable thing and share baps fate.

I dont wanna be rude but we are just honoring our treaty, and if you find that to be stupid then... well then why sign treaties? We all knew what we are doing, and we gave all our members the option to leave a week ago, those that are here, chose to fight.
this is just the beggining I would like to see the measure of your resolve thats what really counts.

For the record, nothing was added, removed or otherwise modified in regards to the rules of the TCP, or the Commerce Treaty since the signing of the Treaty itself. For those who do not understand let me explain further. The Commerce Treaty acts as an invitation for alliances to partake in the programs we have in Atlantis. The treaty names the programs the signatories are eligible to participate in, currently the TCP and Tech Trades. HOWEVER, nations must sign up and follow the rules of the program they wish to participate. They are under no obligation to participate in both or any. The rules are there, within the forum of the respective program, and are to be read and understood before signing up. The OP apparently has issue with the fact that we are following the rules but he himself doesn't want to. And is also ignoring the fact that we've had this conversation before. Thats right this is not the first member of GRAN to leave 5 other nations in the weeds without so much as a word.
The OP himself revealed to me that he did not even read the rules of each program. It is quite obvious that the the opportunity for members of GRAN to easily and confidently make permanent trade agreements has been stripped due to the ignorance of its leadership. I regret this action, and I feel for the nations of GRAN. Good Luck to them.

Commerce Treaty
Preamble
<Global Republic of Allied Nations> is hereby invited to participate in Atlantis' trading programs and marketplace to enhance alliance relations and to help all of our nations grow and flourish.
Article I - Participation & Representation
Members are not required to participate, but are strongly encouraged to do so. They will have access to the Department of Trade (DoT) on Atlantis' boards. They can look for single trades there, or apply to have a DoT representative place them into a trade circle. Please note that the DoT only handles white team trade circles. One member from <Alliance> shall be appointed the liaison to the DoT Office for communication purposes. All members who participate will also have access to Atlantis' Marketplace, where they will be able to apply for tech and donation deals. In the Atlantis Marketplace due to the nature of the program and the high demand of tech Atlantis members will be given priority over guest nations on the purchase/sale of tech in tech deals. Donation deals are fair game to all participants, under the administration of the Atlantis MoF.
Article II - Loss of Privileges
<Global Republic of Allied Nations> may lose DoT and Marketplace privileges in the event of a declaration of war. Overall, participation in these programs is an individual privilege and thereby can be revoked by the Minister of Finance with due cause on an individual basis. Reasons may include but are not limited to persistent unruliness on the Atlantis boards and disrespect towards trade circle members or tech/donation deal participants
Article III - Non-Aggression
<Global Republic of Allied Nations> will refrain from any declarations of war or spying operations against Atlantis, and Atlantis will refrain from the same aggressive operations against <Alliance>, as hostilities are counteractive to the purposes of this Commerce Treaty. The signatories agree to settle trade related and other disputes in a courteous manner befitting of friends.
Article IV - Cancellation
This pact may be canceled with 48 hours prior notice. Although involvement at the DoT will be terminated, any inter-alliance trades will remain until the individual nations see fit to cancel them.

Please tell me where here does the fine appear , Colpanic its really sad when a member of GOV like yourself has to result to insulting the leadership of GRAN to get your point across instead of arguing intelligently like adults . Let me remind you, we are not the ones having treaties canceled left and right.
Also we canceled the treaty so get over it, You should have good practice by now. Colossus your words have shown me that you are a wise leader unfortunately there are so many others above you that I cannot say the same, for what is worth you have earned my respect and admiration.

This rule is set within a thread in the trade forum called 'Trade Circle Program (TCP) >>>READ FIRST!<<' Each individual in your alliance should have read this disclaimer before entering a contract with Atlantis. We added this because the point of a trade circle is to provide members with stable and excellent trades. When one person drops out, all other 5 are harmed, so this is a necessary rule.
This is the second time a member of GRAN failed to finish trades. This left 5 members without trades for nearly a week. The GRAN nation also failed to reply to any messages from Atlantis or GRAN concerning the matter. A replacement was not provided by the offending nation therefore the fine, as per the rules of the TCP(Trade Circle Program), which is pinned conspicuously in the TCP section of the forum.
Unfortunately GRAN has chosen to announce this in such a way that is a discredit to the truth of the matter.
Regardless, good luck in the future GRAN.
In the commerce treaty it never specifies that we must find a replacement to cover for the missing trade furthermore , this fine was never stipulated . So what you are telling me is that Atlantis likes to sign treaties and then modify them at their own convenience , uhmm wonder which other alliance this was done to?

As the Atlantean Director of Trade, I can confirm Mighty_Bahb's statement. The fine notice is posted in no less than 3 different places in and around the different sign up threads.
That might be true but the fact is that when you start adding new things to the original contract with out informing the opposing signatory in efforts to make a novation that makes the original contract void , we were informed of this late last night , in no way is this stipulated in the original treaty signed by us . You cant keep adding stuff to a treaty as you go. That just shows a lack of respect towards GRAN , and knowledge of contracts.

Psyko didn't spy on GRAN. If anything, he asked us NOT to get even with you guys.
In fact, he didn't even slander anyone there according to the guy himself. All he did was call Shang Tsung ungrateful, which he basically is.
Oh, and Shang Tsung? A complete liar. To persuade me NOT to attack Psyko when he was a part of GRAN he said that FEAR was allied with GRAN since I had a friend in FEAR who hated Psyko too and would give me massive aids. He's now lying AGAIN to get back at Psyko because he's a jerk, and you're just falling into his hands.

we have many pm's from your leader TR JYAP ( Who BTW just insulted the emperor of GRAN in a previous post ) and insulting posts made by psyko towards the leadership of GRAN , deterring potential members from joining GRAN, calling us despicable words that i wont mention , We dont attack your alliance to loot you of your tech (face it you guys hardly had any tech), if you were as neutral a party as you say you were then you would have approached us diplomatically rather than posting here. Yet in the interest of sportmanship I encourage you to come to our forums as my guest and we can further discuss this matter.
PS. as you mentioned LORD HEZENIAR was not a leader of the alliance he was unsanctioned in his actions towards you and is being reprimanded for it.

As of last night Psyko was no longer in GRC. He left and quit CN. Then I get attacked by 3 nations and 1 of them tells me to give them 10 tech as a fake peace offering. I just want everybody to know the truth. I was attacked for no reason and GRAN are ungrateful... Well some of you are to me by attacking me...
Just ingnore them RANTU we have evidence they dont, no sense arguing with little kids.
