Maxen von Bismarck looked at the letter, lifting one of his eyebrows in a clear indication of irritation - he used his cross shaped letter opener to peel apart the paper shell to reveal the message.
"Ah, I see."
Getting his trusty pen in hand, he scribbled out a little message.
"I congradulate the two fine alliances, Poison Clan and LXXQTJMN for their ability to bring their own spark to what seems, at times, a lifeless alliance web. Seeing the long, random, collection of letters, LXXQTJMN alone would raise eyebrows - your so called flag, even more so. I congradulate you for having the ability to pull it off as you do, and Poison Clan, for understanding internet isn't always 'srs bizness.'

I think it's sort of a moot point considering that since LSF has a real possibility of getting accidentally stomped on if one of it's members raided the wrong alliance. To wit, regardless of whatever this amendment said- I doubt you'd guys be doing a lot of warmongering.
Of course, some days you just got to get that constitutional amendment buildup out of your system; I suppose.
