I don't quite see how this relates, you were nice enough to help them transfer forums after you left the alliance. Unless there was something in the techno stuff that made what they are saying slanderous, I don't see how this helps you. I basically now know that you were nicer then I originally thought. Alright, that is nice.

Having just sat through this, my strongest thought throughout was "Wow...you are one self-righteous individual." This entire piece screams of blind arrogance and a loyalty to yourself above alliance or friends. I'll admit this is a great exposition of your side, but I'm taking it as nothing more than just half the story, riddled with your own bias. And no, before you say it, I have zero loyalties or inclinations to Atlantis - I'm just an impartial observer.
I do have one or two things though that I would like to say. With all due respect, why did it come off that you were more concerned with the Atlantis treaty to the NPO then you were to Atlantis itself? From reading this, it really does sound like you destroyed your alliance for the self-aggrandizing ability to say you were trying to follow a treaty. I mean it's all very touching, and were I the NPO I'd be quite grateful, but really now. You go on about how you blatantly lied to your alliance mates and government for this self-aggrandizing task. It left a bad taste in my mouth after having read it. I'm not saying that your intentions were wrong. No, nothing could be further than the truth. But your methods were deplorable.
And my second comment would be that "Boy, do those screen shots have some interesting things in them. And I'm not talking to the stuff directly pertinent to the Atlantis spying."
Oh, and seriously:
That's not an OOC threat, okay? It's a really mean thing to say, but it's not an OOC threat. An OOC threat would be something like "I hate you. I'm going to come to your house and choke you to death. No, I'm not kidding - I know where you live." (OOC - Mods, that's just an example. I'm not actually about to choke anyone, and I most certainly don't know where the OP lives.)

As long as it's only concerning ingame money, I don't see how this would be different than the reperations that are asked between alliances after wars.
So reparations = blackmail? o.0
Also, it is allowed as Justitia said, but most if not all alliances do not react well to be threatened/having their members threatened.

Actually Arentak, all alliances were very open and glad to stop for a while. We thank them for their cooperation and assistance, because they could have turned us down easily, but decided not to. <3 FOK, IRON, Valhalla, MK, SF, Gramlins (did they attack?), RoT and all others that I talked to but that had not had attacks from them yet.

Also, I know it looked like I meant offense, but really, I'm glad GR is actually protecting the Atlantian nations, and just wanted to make sure you wouldn't do a piss poor job with that.

Note: This is not an official statement from the Greenland Republic.
Under our treaty with Atlantis, all current Atlantis nations are considered by myself, as GR MoFA, to still be the members of the Atlantis we signed the treaty with. Any attacks will by viewed by me as an attack on the former Atlantis, and as such defended by the Greenland Republic.
This is not official, but I would STRONGLY caution any nation thinking about attacking Atlantis.

I actually was in on most of the discussions, and I never heard any mention of this. I heard that you owned the forums and were shutting them down, since obviously you would not pay for an alliance's forums that you weren't in. This caused trouble for Hungchang and others (I talked to them during this time period) but I never felt that they were mad at you beyond the fact that you left and took much of the govt. with you (wrong phrasing, I apologize ahead of time).
