He gets involved in tech deals and makes sure not to tell people "by the way I'm currently at war." He does it knowing he gets his money since it doesn't matter what happens to the other people aiding him. He did it several times during the times we fought him, and lots of people apologized and got annoyed at what they got roped into by him. He does it on purpose. He's a slimy weasel.

    and as an eternal friend to TOOL I shall take their side. If blame is in both parties then I still congratulate TOOL to have the balls to cancel a treaty neither side is inclined to hold or build up on.

    In the rules of CN warfare getting attacked by members of a different alliance without a declaration is a declaration of those people going rogue. Since MK/UMB didnt declare war on NSO are the members of those 2 alliances who have been / are attacking members ghosts or rogues? if not then CD is perfectly in their right to defend NSO from alliances that attack it (aside from GOONS since NSO dowed GOONS) correct me if im wrong here but that is generally how it works.

    whatever helps you sleep at night. I know carpe diem who basically told everyone the same thing (poorly worded surrender terms) but got shot down on having a Valid reason to declare. Like I said I guess it doesnt matter when you are on the winning side does it? (for carpe diem it obviously did because of the large amount of rage emitting from MK to CD and saying how bad their surrender terms are gonna be for breaking it)

    I thought NoR was pretty succesfull too until they actually surrendered in the NpO front to join the Doomhouse front.

    They are.

    BAPS isnt at war however.

    And duckroll while we try to keep all members on one line we cannot stop treaty lines (Molon Labe being treatied to... uh.. TPF who is at war.

    Nobody countered TOOL otherwise IRON would have joined. (Unless it was TOP. Allies of ours aswell)

    Other then that IRON has a non agression pact with NPO which prevented us from attacking them.

    That said I believe the majority of our treaties are non-chaining (as far as I know)
    and aside from treaty lines neither duckroll nor IRON were planning to join the war

    IRON works as an Oligarchy dont know why people think most alliances work as a socialist society. If every alliance was run as a socialist society then the high nations would be suffering to grow the small nations (which is not the case now is it?)
