No, the irony is that the only responsible parties, myself and Zzzptm, are the only parties not at war, that the wronged alliance, Black Defense Council, is not part of this DC war, nor were they aware - they heard about it from me before they knew it was on.

clarification: "Browncoats" did not do this. A member of browncoats leadership did, without the knowledge of the BC prime minister. All members involved in this shameful incident have been ejected.

The only problem with this is no one really cares. There is only the oppertunistic chance to destroy the unpopular because it can be done. An alliance is being sacrificed for illegal actions of previous and now expelled government and it's members are the one paying for it. I would not be suprised to see several nations go inactive or delete due to this kind of treatment. Way to make the game fun to play.

BC's terms to BDC came to an end when I posted last night. Releasing them to any commitments to BDC as of the last update.

This would be nice to have answered. We were given conflicting information, and now are punished because we didn't do what we were told to. That we were told not to do, then to actually do a few times.

BDC members have been instructed to finish out their week of wars and be done with BC from there. Should peace terms be met before then between DC and BC then BDC will issue peace at that time.

It's only been two days. How were those that attacked to decom their military give that you get this when you try:

"You cannot decommission tanks after having attacked an opponent within the past 2 days."

"You cannot dismiss soldiers after having attacked an opponent within the past 2 days."

I'm going to state that by looking at the terms and also looking at the statements of the memebers of BC prior to this DoW by DC.

1. This post shows that BC is refusing to pay 1 bit of tech

1: I'm not sure I follow your logic. The BC government were talking in the BDC embassy on our forums about the repayment of tech.

2: It's hard to do that in active war. Nations were attempting to comply with their attackers.

3: Actually no. BC was considered BDC POW, but there was never an order to change AA.

What we have here is a failure to communicate.

We were told of the initial terms by zzz. We were working to achieve that goal. When he was removed from BDC noone gave us any answer as to what the remaining situation was, other than "No, no BC's can join, ignore anything zzz said"

We have no idea what the exact erms that were violated are, as we were told to disreguard anything from zzz's commands.

Until we hear otherwise from BDC, all our treaties were cancelled and we are under their protection. Ask BDC about our ability to renew treaties if any as they consider us "theirs" right now. I am unable to answer that.
