I'll buy from whoever offers the best deal. I don't have middlemen: I can pay in installments or you can provide them. I'd rather pay just cash, but cash+tech seems to be the way things are headed these days, so I'll go with it if it's what you want. I believe I have only 2 slots open right now, with 3 more opening on 2 January and one more on 3 January (6 total).

I'm interested but I'm a little reluctant about trading Uranium, will the '+$3.00 per citizen' outweigh the negative effects of '-1 population happiness' ? I was hoping to become black but this might be ok.
You'd actually be getting $7.50 because of the tech bonus ($0.15 x 30 = $4.50), which definitely outweighs -1 happiness. Plus, you'll eventually need uranium for nukes anyway. Can we count you in?

The whole point of this resource list is to optimize the resources for countries that need uranium to build nukes. It's also a great resource for nations who use it for peaceful means (option 2 under the nuclear weapons government position).

Most CN veterans agree that this is the best combination for people who want nukes. For people who don't want uranium, it should be substituted with coal to get steel as the fourth bonus.
Seven bonuses looks good, and I had it for a long time, but three is just more beneficial. Quality over quantity.
