    Hello to any current / former TOP people still here. I've only just made a new nation after losing mine back in 2011-ish, this was sometime after the Bipolar War and move to Pink team. Unfortunately I messed up a tax collection, and just kind of gave up on CN at that point due to the time and work needed to rebuild from scratch :(

    Why the hate again NAPs? They are a good way of starting a friendship. Unless of course, they are really old and nothing has came up them since they were signed. I would understand then. However, an NAP is a good starting block for something more.

    I wouldn't call it hate; generally speaking I've rarely see NAPs signed by alliances in CN in recent times. The most commonly signed treaties usually contain non-aggression clauses anyway (e.g. MDPs, MDoAPs, ODPs).

    I tend to see ODPs (or PIATs as Drakedeath pointed out) being used in the place of NAPs now for starting off friendships as they are not totally binding, but they also express a strengthening level of agreeability between two alliances.

    While I didn't doubt TOP would enter the conflict on the opposite side, I find it disgusting they choose to do so through the OUT.

    I have lost a lot of respect for TOP today.

    As a member of TOP, I value the treaties we have and I reject your disgust with the OUT. I am proud of the tough decision TOP made in what is irrefutably tough times; during a war where friends stand on both sides.

    May we fight well and with honor. Best of luck to our friends and respect to our foes. Paradoxia Vult!

    How low can environment go? Anyone on 1 star, 1/2 a star or 0 stars? What does the comment say for that?

    I'm on 1.5 stars ATM:

    Your nation's environment is horrendous. Your citizens live in complete filth within your nation. They are unhappy and many are fleeing your filthy borders at this time.
