So you only have one wild card... Might I recommend Iron for the fill in to give you some infra reduction bonus and it adds the Steel bonus resource.

Did you message all of the trade partners as well? My friend doesn't check this thread very often.

He is not inactive. Just busy with RL. I told him about it and he should be accepting the trades. Don't worry about replacing him, no need.
