What would you do if your government member had been killed? We are out for blood in this war, though sadly Hae Da Fung cannot participate in it due to our internal affairs.
You look for the person responsible. But seeing as the person responsible died when the victim died, and the government of the defending nation collaspe you are doing nothing more but causing the people of that nation suffering and those innocent people do not deserve that.
You are doing nothing but killing innocent people and that is not right.

Kaku Thought back for a bit. Who could they possibly place blame on. Serca refuses to recognise Transvaal Maybe they could take the blame.

Kaku continued to think. Any nation within 1000 miles of Tanzania could take the blame. Serca wouldnt think twice before mobilizing against any potential threat. Especially a nation outside of Africa.

Emperor Sergio has made an international televised Message.

We have discussed this prior and this final move has final pushed our last buttons. All diplomatic ties are cut off and nothing will leave Serca to Transvaal this point on. Thank you"
After the message the Emperor ordered the immediate removal of any Transvaal foreign unless they apply for citizenship.

Kaku thinks quietly for a minute. The Black person is extremely smart. But can he be trusted. Kaku knows he must keep a close eye on him for the entire operation. And if need be he can extinguish him quickly and just move on. But for nopw he is of great use.

Somal allowed military forces there, and now you are telling them to get out of the very land they gave them? This foreign power is not out to take over Africa and oppress the people. Rather, those industries help the local people and give them income; what will happen to them when this comes into place? Are you not out to help the people, or to take down foreign powers that are helping Africa?
Im all for them to keep thier industires there. We will even let them keep Bosas. But the fact is we cannot allow him to have military forces anywhere outsie of the city. He will have to big a military presence in Africa and that is against NAPO poloicies which i may remind you Somal created.

The Buffr zone shall be 20km by 20km Square area. That area must also remain demilitarilized. Once this can be agreed upon the handover can take place.

We have no problem with Sercan forces joining us for the protection of Somal however Cochin is here to stay in Somal. We have made heavy investments in the city of Bosaso which is on a long lease to us and we will not accept any interferences with it. Any new nation claiming for the land of Somal will have to arbitrate with us and might have to assure the safety of our investments.
The Sercan troops are welcome in Somal but will have to work under guidelines established by Kingdom of Cochin. I hope we can have your cooperation under the said framework.
