    Emperor Jacob Wallous has an extensive to do list infront of him.First thing to do is perform a major overhaul over the Kingdom's forces. With full determination the Imperial ruler will bring Serca back to the power it once had. What was once a great land tunred into rubble in jus a few short hours.

    Next The emperor had to fix the infrstructure and the torn economy. After the devastation, the country took a complete turn around for the worst. Millions lost jobs and businesses everywhere left the country. To bring them back cheap labor had to be promised and a fixed lease had to be estavlished. Minimum wage was set at 7.30 and hour. Bussinesses were promised security and a steady income. As businesses were coming back more constrcution workers were needed to build and repair what was broken.

    Standing in front of what was the Capital building of The Kingdom of Serca was a young male turning a fresh 21 years old. He stands infront of an eager audience and camera crews broadcasting across the world. With the Sargunians help, He will bring Serca back to the world stage.

    "Our past government has been horrible in keepig this country out of anarchy and I will bring order back onto this great land. We appreciate The Sargunian Republic for restoring order and keeping peace, But i feel its time for us Sercans to take back our land. We will forever be greatful for their help.

    The Democractic government brought war to our lands and caused our country to completely fall and lose the power it once had in Central africa. Well i come to you to help bring our power back and take it beyond what it was. I will run this country for whats best for the country not whats best for me or other world leaders. No more appeasement to bigger nations. We will bring our nation back up from the ashes. The Navy will be retsored, the Sercan Armed Forces will be retsored, The Sercan Airforce willl retake its power to the skies. I, Imperial ruler Jacob Wallous, promise to make this country to the greatness its suspose to be.

    As the audience applauds and cheers for Jacob the Emperor turns to walk to the Capital building and starts his progress of restoring The Kingdon of Serca

    "I for one would like to whole-heartedly apologize for our past government actions. There were miscommunications and betrayal among government folks that lead to the defeat of Sercan forces fighting in an unjust war.

    We were fighting for a nation who the past government officials believed to be the rightful owners of the land. Like I stated before there was miscommunications and betrayals. I apologize and hope you and your people can accept the apology from the Sercan government, military and citizens.

    In all we are happy to see the Republic reform and hope to see it return to itys formal glory."

    President Kwalize Jackson, After hearing of the completetion of SLC Serca, Has made a priortiy trip to the site where the Inauguration will take place and will join the The Kingdom of Cochin King, His Highness Rama Varma to watch lift off.

    The President has also stepped up security around the site. 2000 Serca troops were deployed at various sites all around the launch center. Missile defense systems were online and ready to strike any incoming threat. Sercan Fighters are securing a 200 mile perimeter around the site for extra security.

    In the face of the increasing conflict in Somalia, we give notice that we may need your assistance very soon in defending ourselves from an invasion of Bosaso. Sercan forces are welcome to garrison at our facilities in Bosaso, Baloch and Ratnagiri. Also we are in a position to provide on sea replenishment facility to your naval assets deployed in this conflict.

    Rebel Army is invading Italica our neighbor and that is one conflict we fear may extend towards Bosaso itself.

    The 10th Infantry Division in Bosaso is being augmented by 2nd Shock Army Division, 4th Armored Cavalry Regiment, 5th Mechanized Division and 5,6,7 Infantry Divisions - a total of 120,000 combat soldiers and 1200 tanks. RF37, RF38 and RF39 regiments of Jadayu Mk.2 fighters have also been deployed to Bosaso.

    Kingdom of Cochin Announcement

    All citizens and foreign workers in various industries of Bosaso are requested to take evasive measures. Any person working in Bosaso, who is not a citizen of Cochin has the option to sign up for an evacuation flight to the Kingdom. All non essential businesses and industries have been ordered to cease operations. The Border Guard brigades are soon to be augmented by further Royal Cochin Army reinforcements. All non-Cochin flights have been canceled over Bosaso Territorial Air Space. All commercial cargo vessels have been ordered to leave from Bosaso Port. All border check points are closed until further notice. Citizens are requested to cooperate with the Royal Cochin Army convoys that would soon be driving around Bosaso City.

    If the imperialist forces attack Bosaso or as so dare attack your homeland you have Serca's full support. If you wish we can move 25,000 Infantry into Bosaso along with 200 tanks.     The Kingdom of Serca will not involve itself in this war. We will not close off any borders as of now. All navy ships have been recalled to the Sercan shores and Naval shore guns alerted.

    "We cannot and wiull not risk our servicemen lives to fight a war that is already won. We will however watch this situation closely and is ready to make any and all sudden movments. As of right now our sovereignty is not threaten. That is all for now."

    "Now when Italy first place its colony here no one made a move. Even when Serca and Arctica were both strongly against it and Serca blockaded the colony still nothing was done.

    But I guess better late then never. Its obvious niether one will survive this afterwards."
