I'm very pleased to see ACDC working with NADC in this way and also wish to thank Otto V Bismarck for engineering this agreement. I have stepped down as ACDC interim President/Triumvirate as I said I would. I will remain a loyal member of ACDC and will continue to consult with the government on issues with which I have experience.

I have told the truth. There was no need to disclose the other person because the accusations were false. I never agreed to a takeover of this alliance. I have not had time to help manage it in over a month and only came back due to the Crappy drama from last week.
The only thing I have to say is that I did not hack the forums other than to change Zzzptm's name to something less offensive (Unfortunate Fool.). I honestly don't know how to do anything other than mask members and edit members' profiles, and even that I struggle with. I'm also unaware of how to demask an a member of Admin status, which Zzzptm had. However, I'm at a disadvantage here because I cannot control the logs. All I know is that I did not hack the boards, corrupt the forums, or any such thing. If the thing I did wrong was change Zzzptm's name from an extremely vulgar name (which I will not disclose on these forums due to its graphic nature) to Unfortunate Fool, then I sincerely apologize for it.I'm sorry to all the ACDC members that are in their current state of confusion. It was not the intention of CyborgBelial (who elected me to Triumvir after Crappy was expelled, something C4talyst and Zzzptm do not know because they were inactive the night of the incident), the other government members involved (I will not include their names due to current threats being issued to some former ACDC members believed to be involved in this), and I.
I wish C4talyst the best of luck in stabilizing the alliance in its current state with a great deal of the government currently missing. It will be very difficult for him. I mean no sarcasm in what I say, and I sincerely wish ACDC the best of luck. I'm saddened that I leave the alliance I helped to found in such a state. I know with strong leadership it will recover.
This will be my only post in this thread. I realize that further posts by myself in this thread will do no good in resolving this matter. I merely wanted to correct some information, and to give my support to ACDC. I will miss it dearly.

I have no intentions of running this alliance or remaining active on CN after today. Ten hours was spent on this complete nonsense today. I work a real job and contract on the side and as much as I love this place, I just can't do it; running an alliance is so much work, it's insane really.
I did the things I did today for one reason, to keep the forums and the alliance from being destroyed. I believe anyone with a three digit IQ and root access would've done the same if they had walked into that mess.
I can confirm after going through the logs it was in-fact another admin who modified the site settings. This other unnamed admin was also involved in the attempted migration of the alliance and AA change. Tim did not do any damage to the site or user accounts and I misspoke before I had time to go over everything properly.
I do now believe that Tim Tebow thought the alliance was under direct threat of hostile takeover, however the primary leadership roles handled the issue miserably by attacking each other's accounts and the site itself.
We've received some private assistance from good friends, ACDC will come out on top in the end; likely without any of our founders or existing officials as members.

You answered none of my questions, with the exception of one. Tebows posting, but then you kill your support by stating how they haven't responded to posts on your site...maybe cuz they are banned, i dunno
Why you banned you're members from talking: turning it into a flamefest. Why would it be a flamefest if you are correct?
You still avoid the evidence question, maybe because you have none?
I purposefully lowered Tim Tebow's and Cyborg's access level so they could still access the threads where these are being discussed and respond to the allegations. I have sent evidence to some interested 3rd parties on CN and will work on compiling it all in one location where it can be reviewed by all. There is no need for our members to post here, we have plenty of internal discussions going on. Would you like me to allow them to post so you can hear that they all support this? Anyone who doesn't support it has left ACDC ( as far as I can tell) so they are free to post.

By most of the membership you're talking about 12 people out of 200. I hate to see you go, the evidence is all there in black and white on the forums, ignore it if you'd like.

I think does. The announcement regarding Capt Crappy's expulsion, as Bilrow said, stated he was banned from the forum. This announcement however contradicts the previous announcement by saying Capt Crappy was masked as a member, which seems to imply that ACDC's former leaders were lying when they made that first announcement.

Then why restrict those 200 people from posting in this thread, I'm sure if you had evidence they would without a doubt support you and would provide evidence to help you I saw one member of ACDC who posted in here and said simply "wtf"
You have the evidence why not post it anyway your members are gonna be the same if you post it here or not, they will not react differently
Lastly, its easy to come on first thing and type I POSTED MY STORY FIRST THEREFORE I AM RIGHT. I await Tebow's and the others' stories.
Tebow and the rest are free to post here, I eagery, eagery await their replies. I asked our members not to post to keep this from becoming a flamefest, or a bigger one than it could be. I have no problem debating this issue with Tebow or any of his involved henchmen...strangely they have kept quiet about it and have not even responded in any of the threads on our site.

Rebel, I see where you're going with this, I've explained everything to the best of my ability. I will repeat myself however if it helps. I've been away from CN and ACDC since before November 1. I came back late last week after being emailed about the Crappygate scandal. Since then all these other things have happened.
If he was still a member, it was due to the leadership WE EXPELLED TODAY allowing it. Does that appease you?

In the messy work of Planet Bob politics, one must take everything with a grain of salt.
You present yourself as a victim of coup to destroy your alliance. But where are these logs on which you base your accusations? Where is this evidence that Tim Tebow was trying to destroy ACDC? When an unsuccessful coup occurs, the person of whom the coup was against presents evidence for the world to see and yet you have none.
I await evidence.
If you can provide it, good for you, you saved a lot of trouble.
If you cannot provide it, you sir aren't the victim of the coup, rather you are the performer of the coup.
Our members all have access to the post made by Tim Tebow, that's over 200 people who have witnessed what evidence exists. I will release the coup post, the admin control panel logs and even the private discussion that was apparently the cause of all this, after our members have had a chance to take a breath and take everything in.
Unlike these guys, I have nothing to hide. I wouldn't have posted this if I had initiated a coup. This is simply my reaction to having a trusted member with admin access do bad things.

So he was expelled before, but it was not your "final" decision? Is that what you're saying? Or was he already expelled, and now you're expelling him a second time, making it seem like you're being a little redundant. This isn't making any sense. Could you please clarify for me?
When I came back from vacation a few days ago, and began catching myself up on all this drama, I was informed of the Crappygate situation and told he was expelled from ACDC. However, his account was still active and masked as a member. I changed that today.

what i dont understand, is how tim planned to coup the alliance seen as he was in power, as was cyborg. pretty hard to coup yourself,
The "coup" part is removing the other leadership apparatus without the knowledge or consent of our membership.

Theres 2 sides to every story and ill reserve my judgment to see which side is correct and which isn't. Although I feel I must ask this question. I've spoke with Tim Tebow before as he was a Triumvirate and then quit ACDC for a while and then came back as MOIA and considered making an alliance when he stepped down as triumvirate. What made him not recruit from ACDC that time but suddenly this time? Just Curious
I'm curious as to also whom is left in power with everyone be stripped of powers. Does the charter even allow that?
I can't answer that question but I can say that before today Tim Tebow was one of the guys in our leadership I respected most. What really shocked me was using his admin powers to damage the forum. Logs confirm this...I couldn't believe it.

Shode, you say this while completely ignoring the fact that Tim in fact DID TRY TO TAKE OVER THE ALLIANCE. He used his powers to lock out other leaders accounts and change their settings. He trashed parts of the forum. MALICIOUS. I have the backing of the sane, mature members of ACDC, which is nearly everyone who has been updated on this matter.
I respect your opinion, but don't ignore the malicious actions that caused my response.

Anyways, I have no stake or opinion in this issue at all, just drawing attention to discrepancies. Cheerio.
We have a pinned and locked thread on our forum created by Tim Tebow where he blatantly lies to our membership and directs them to change their AA. So yeh, I do have proof. All of our members have access to see this and it's being discussed openly.
I've never dealt with something like this and am more than open to any advice from parties who have encountered similar situations. Was forming a committee and suspending government roles a bad idea given the severity of what has happened?

It seems a different coup was successful, as you have replaced and expelled most of the existing government.
Perhaps you didn't read my original post, they destroyed other administration accounts in their attempt to take over the alliance. I can't explain it any better for you.

A criticism, if i may.. im going to anyway. I was talking to both factions, trying to find something they could compromise on, and then i am making some ground in it, and WHAM 3 or 4 members are banned, it didnt have to go down that road. Why cant anyone talk about there problems any more, or am i just being old fashioned ?
OOC: If someone uses administrative powers they've been entrusted with to:
1. Hack other admin accounts.
2. Destroy the alliance.
3. Steal the membership base.
Don't you think that deserves a ban? I guess I'm heavy handed...or just practical.

Dilber, no need to jump to conclusions and think we are "lying" about anything. I'm a founder and Triumvirate and have been away for a month. I've come home to find admins abusing their power, lying to members and attacking each others accounts. Crappy being expelled wasn't a "lie", however I've simply finalized that action.
