I'm currently looking for an alliance, but as you will see if you look my nation up, war has been declared on me and I suffered due to unpreparedness (what? I thought investing in technology early on was a good thing!) Anyway, I recognize many alliances would not accept members in war, but I promise I'm not a trouble maker! Anyhow, any offers on the table, and I'll participate, and any aid offered will definitley be repaid in kind
