Fairly obvious (sorry to spoil all the people who like to deny the obvious) that MK allying with GR is a direct reference to the two big alliances who fought against NPO. NpO isn't there because they haven't finished their surrender. You can guaruntee once they do they will ally up with these two and more and more cries of collusion will begin.

It doesn't neccessarily mean there is war but it is a possibility. So is any other number of things which every rumour monger knows of. Shhh though, its denied on OWF. T'is only for those on IRC.

Although I think its fallacious to assume that war would come between the opponents who fought before. It certainly isn't always the case after big wars and in fact sometimes drives alliances close. Even if it doesn't in the time it takes the begrudged alliances to get a CB or for Q or NPO to declare a CB there is enother genuine drama formed and we have a new war with completely different drama which changes the sides again, maybe only a bit. But enough.
