    UFA-EQ Treaty of Amity

    Preamble

    In recognition of the dangers that are prevalent in this world at this time and in the spirit of good will and mutual cooperation among friends, United Federation of Armatus (hereafter known as UFA) and Equilibrium(hereafter known as EQ) do hereby agree to mutually cooperate to strive for peace and prosperity and do hereby enter into this Treaty of Amity and agree to abide by its terms.

    Article I

    Both Alliances pledge their support the linux resistance movement aimed at destroying the corporate empire of Microsoft with the Fire of the holy Fox and the Thunder of the great bird,and the Call of the Sulfuric Werewolf .

    Article II.

    Sovereignty

    By affixing their signatures hereto both parties to this treaty, namely UFA and EQ, make it clear that each will remain sovereign alliances, independent from one another.

    Article III.

    Non-Aggression

    No member nation of either alliance is to commit aggressive acts against the other signatory. This includes providing military, financial, or technological assistance, or information of any kind to any outside party hostile to the other signatory.

    Article IV.

    Friendship

    Both signatories agree to treat members of the other signatory with respect and cordiality. Healthy debate, constructive criticism, and civil disagreement are permissible as long as a sense of decorum is demonstrated and there is no flaming of or flame baiting of the other signatory. Should the two signatory parties have a strong disagreement all conversation will be held in private diplomatic channels and not be argued in the public forums. Any information gathered by one of the signatories with potential impact on the security of the other shall be promptly and privately forwarded to them.

    Article V.

    Assistance

    In the event of a hostile act upon either signatory alliance if aid is requested be it military, financial, or diplomatic support the other signatory is not contractually obligated, but is encouraged to provide what assistance that they can.

    Article VI.

    Termination

    Should either signatory feel that this treaty is no longer an accurate demonstration of the good will between the two signatory alliances for any reason they may cancel this agreement by contacting the other signatory through proper diplomatic channels and notifying them forty eight hours prior to the public cancellation, during which time the non-aggression clause must be adhered to.

    Official Apology

    <raasaa[NV]> yes, it does like MRA is the primary offender...and that UFA was just playing along in the hope of friendship and other long term goals

    <raasaa[NV]> we will not be taking any action against UFA at this time....and will be dropping this issue

    This is my official apology to AE,NV, and the UFA members.

    I'm sorry I wasn't clear on everything I was nervous and felt as if I was backed into a corner.I always thought I was calm in crisis situations apparently I was dead wrong.I am fully aware the cybernations community will most likely not welcome me back with open arms,and who could blame them I blurred the boundaries of truth to the wise and merciful leaders of NV and AE.I was way out of line in everything I did

    my approach my arguments everything.NV has decided to spare our lives and AE is considering reviving our treaty,but I don't see it happening.I understand you are all furious at my transgressions and I don't blame you.I can't change what I did in the past but only work towards a better future for UFA and CN the like.I'm sorry raasaa,joshuajames,AVFC1,Owned-You my own alliance I cant express enough my apologies.

    I only ask you all spare my alliance who took no part in the MRA-UFA affair.

    Our government is not democratic,they had little to no choice.

    I would also like to add I have learned more from this 24 hour incident than my 12 months in CN combined.
