I recently made a thread that contained an official alliance statement for other alliances/players to read. I posted this in Alliance Politics. It got moved to general OWF. Since OWF is OOC, I figure it was determined that my post was OOC and not IC. I do not understand why this decision was made. I am trying to understand the IC/OOC distinction in order to be able to follow the IC/OOC rules. Thank you for explaining why the post is OOC. I was reading through some posts and noticed that someone reported a post in a foreign language and the moderator replied that they gave a verbal warning. Is posting in a language other than English not allowed? I did read through Forum Rules and Guidelines as well as OWF specific rules and I saw no mention of language restrictions. I just want to make sure I understand the rule because I do tend to use languages other than English. Thank you.

Previously, when I clicked on the link next to my alliance it would provide a summary of my alliance. Now it takes me to general stats - http://www.cybernations.net/stats.asp The same thing happens when I click on the link in other nations.
