Charter Preamble We the Coalition of United Black States strive for perfection in our armed forces, economy, and political system. Here the People and the Government is one. No one is different everyone is treated equal. Our main goul is too rebuild the black team, and make a nice team with many great black alliances. Article I The Government Chancellor- In charge of the people, the council and his cabinet. Resigns when he/she wants. Meeting place Chancellor Office and General Assembly Summit. General Assembly- Votes,Vetos, and creates laws and policies. Meets in the General Assembly Summit. Elected by the people, in office for three months. Chief of Armed Forces- Co-ordinates the military, appoints commanders, and is in charge of the Armed forces. Selected by the Chancellor. In office till resignation or fired by Chancellor. Meets in the Cheifs of Staff building. Chief of Internal Affairs- Enforces the rules and punishment within the alliance. Selected by the Chancellor. In office till resignation or fired by Chancellor. Meets in the Cheifs of Staff building. Chief of Economy- Co-ordinates trade, aid, and the bank. Selected by the Chancellor. In office till resignation or fired by Chancellor. Meets in the Cheifs of Staff building. Chief of Foreign Affairs- Appoints Ambassadors to represent The Coalition in other alliances. Will make foreign treatys and documents. Selected by the Chancellor. In office till resignation or fired by Chancellor. Meets in the Cheifs of Staff building. Chief of Recrutement- Recrutes nations, makes videos, and makes us look good. Selected by the Chancellor. In office till resignation or fired by Chancellor. Meets in the Cheifs of Staff building. Mayor-In charge of the Civilians at the Civilian Hall Article II Laws/Policies Foreign/Domestic Any Espionage of any kind or sort will resault in devistation to the nation. If an alliances permits or habors spys that are used against the Coalition we will be forced to declare war on them. We here at the Coalition permit nuclear weapons for protection and use. But must have consent of the Chancellor. If any foreign alliances in time of war launches a WMD we will be forced to launch back full force. All nations disobeying the government will be punished. We allow tech raiding, of non-alligned nations. If it benefits you we will allow it. But no aid can be requested in a tech raid. If you so attack a nation that belongs to an alliance that will be consider acts of war and we will punish you with complete devistation. Article III The People People of the Black team will be treated like one of us. Mess with one you mess with the rest of us. Coalition members can overide anything the General Assemblys with to pass or veto. They need to go to the Civilan Hall and protest it. The Chancellor can over ride the veto tho. Also vice versa effects for the Chancellor, General Assembly members can override the Chancellor with 3/4. There will be 15 members of the General Assembly. Article IV Admission In order to join the Coalition you must fill out this format. Nation Name: Nation Ruler: Nation Strength: Resources: Economic/Military State: Also you must be on the Black team. Article V War Time All nations must check in to there units and check in with there commanders. Once done must make sign in on the soilders list. After all battles give us all the battle report to stick in our records. Units are broke down in groups of nation Strength. Below are the units. Basic Infantry: 500-1000 Nation Strength Advanced Infantry: 1001-2800 Elite Infantry: 2801-3500 Special Operation Infantry: 3501-6000 Supreme Unit: 6001-10000 Sparten Unit:10000-25000 Black Star Unit:25001-35000 Black Hand Unit: 35001-Above Each nation will be paired up with another nation in an above unit. This is the Big Brother and Little Brother system. Article VI Medals/Awards Medals will be givin out for various deeds. You can view these in our military barracks section. Oh, I am a vet and i do have a former allias. Ha yes oh hes a vet but he want best start up aid and money programs yes that base tells me the security of the alliance as well. They can build me up they can secure me. So I posted in the open alliance to introduce my self and I wanted to know if anyone was wantin to recrute.
